This year we joined the Women’s Engineering Society in celebrating the 10th International Women in Engineering Day!
The Women’s Engineering Society has already successfully motivated women and promoted workplace diversity. However, with women only accounting for 16.5% of engineers, increasing awareness about the inclusive and nurturing platform for young girls and women everywhere is paramount to improving the representation of women. WES's commitment and dedication has been shown since 1919 and together we must continue to promote and sustain gender equality.
