Quality Policy

Hitachi Information Control Systems Europe Ltd (HICSE) is a UK-based provider of software products for railway signalling and operations, including simulators and automatic route setting systems.  We are also the integrator of traffic management systems for the UK and European market, working closely with other Hitachi group organisations.

HICSE's goal is to be the preferred supplier for railway engineering and design solutions, product delivery services and to continually improve our customer's experience to achieve the level of quality excellence they expect from us.

We will strive to maintain certification to ISO9001:2015, TickIT Plus and to comply with EN50128 and other standards and regulations where they are required.

HICSE will work with both suppliers and customers to establish and maintain the highest quality standards.

Our overall objectives are to continually improve product quality and on-time delivery as well as improving service and support performance.  These objectives are set for the various functions within the business and measured against key performance indicators.  The aim of these objectives and measures is to support HICSE's financial revenue and sales growth, ultimately increasing shareholder value and overall business effectiveness.

As Managing Director, I am committed to quality and continuous improvement principals including the ongoing training and development of our employees.  This is underpinned through operational processes and procedures.  To ensure currency, this policy will be reviewed annually or after any significant business change to ensure that it continues to reflect our commitments
