Hitachi Infocon is looking to recruit a forward thinking, strategic focused Head of Research and Development as it enters a new phase of growth in the areas of Traffic Management Systems and Information Communication Technologies. The role will be focused on leading the company, across it’s multiple UK sites, in the development of new research and development strategies to capture new business and ensure internal development is geared towards meeting strategic aims, in terms of timescales and costs. The role will involve working broadly with other Hitachi group companies, academia and industry partners to position HICSE to grow its existing product portfolio.
The aim of Software Engineer’s role is to develop and maintain existing and new software products within Hitachi Infocon R&D portfolio as part of the R&D team.
