The aim of the Senior Systems Engineer is to lead and deliver system engineering artefacts on Traffic Management Systems (TMS) projects as assigned by the project manager; to consult on other projects as requested; to support the TMS Contractor Engineering Manager on the system view of TMS products working in conjunction to inform the road maps and programme plan; to lead the improvements and strengthen system engineering processes and procedure.
The aim of the Systems Engineer is to deliver system engineering artefacts on R&D projects as assigned by project managers; to consult on other projects as requested; to support the Head of R&D on the system view of HICSE products working in conjunction to inform the road maps and programme plan; and to improve and strengthen system engineering processes and procedure.
The Trainer role is responsible for designing, developing and facilitating training in line with the business’ training requirements. The role will also be focused on evaluating and implementing the training solutions to drive a culture of continuous development and improvement of the workforce. This role is based in Derby but frequent national travel will be required, and more specifically regular travel to London.
