This role will be responsible for the analysis, diagnosis, repair and routine maintenance of Hitachi Information Control Systems Europe (HICSE) products, both remotely and at the customer’s site, as directed by the Support Engineering Manager. Initially, there will be a requirement for the successful candidate to work as part of the Project Operations team providing technical support coverage during the day. The intention is that this role will transition into providing 24/7 customer support which will involve working shift patterns of both day and night.
We are looking to offer an Assistant Accountant a structured apprenticeship programme on a fixed term basis, based at our Bradford on Avon office. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to develop their career and assist the Finance Manager with the production of accounts. This is an 18-month fixed term role, with the potential for permanent opportunities in the future.
The Trainer role is responsible for designing, developing and facilitating training in line with the business’ training requirements. The role will also be focused on evaluating and implementing the training solutions to drive a culture of continuous development and improvement of the workforce. This role is based in Derby but frequent national travel will be required, and more specifically regular travel to London.
The aim of this role is to undertake testing activities within HICSE in accordance with industry best practice. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to test activities, excellent team working skills and will understand the importance of meticulous attention to detail.
