Hitachi Information System Controls Europe Ltd launched their new quarterly newsletter for the industry earlier this month, Rail Matters, which will be adding another layer of information to support the work Hitachi are doing, keeping clients, stakeholders, suppliers and friends all informed about initiatives, new releases, product updates and industry news.
But more than this, the company want Rail Matters to be written by the industry for the industry and are looking to engage with rail experts and authorities to share their thoughts and views with a wider rail audience.
“HICSE occupy a unique place in the railway market” says Tim Gray, MD, “and through the provision of advanced software and data products we are delivering solutions designed to improve safety, training and operational efficiency via technology for signalling and railway controls”
The company aims for Rail Matters to bring together more information from the wider industry – news and views from rail experts and authorities, whitepapers, and crucial updates.
Tim adds “In the end we are a people business and are passionate about an industry that contributes so much to society. We want to draw on the expertise of our colleagues through the Hitachi Group, together with our contacts and peers within the marketplace and share this with all.”
